All praise and thanks to our God, who gave the world his Son, Jesus, to be our Savior for time and for eternity!
St. John's is a Bible-based church, centered on the Good News of Jesus, our divine Savior from sin. His Word and Sacraments bring forgiveness to all who believe his promises. We seek to glorify our Savior by proclaiming his word and showing love to others in our community and throughout the world, as we work together with our fellow Christians in our church body, the WELS.
We serve portions of Pope, Swift, and Stevens counties in west-central Minnesota. Our members live in Hancock, Morris, Benson, and the surrounding areas. Other WELS churches in the area include: St. Paul's, Morris; Calvary, Glenwood; Trinity, Johnson; Mt. Olive, Graceville; St. Paul's, Alexandria; Immanuel, Willmar; Living Water, Dawson.
